Masson Mills Conference and Exhibition Centre Terms and Conditions

All bookings made at Masson Mills (hereinafter also referred to as “the premises”) in respect of conferences, exhibitions and other functions are accepted by the customer upon the following terms and conditions:

Provisional Bookings

Provisional bookings may be held up to 21 days before conference date, whereupon a completed booking form is required by email. A booking form may be requested by clicking here to Contact Us.

Confirmation of numbers

Confirmation of numbers of delegates is required no less than 21 days prior to the date booked along with confirmation of buffet requirements and numbers, along with tea/coffee and lunch break times.

Payment of balance

An invoice will be raised after completion of the conference, unless required prior to completion.

Alterations and Cancellations

All alterations and cancellations must be made by email to be valid and received at least seven days before the conference date.


Masson Mills accept no responsibility for the property of the customer, delegates or guests of the customer whilst on the premises. Any goods or property are left at the owner’s own risk and without any obligation on the part of Masson Mills or its agents.


The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to the premises or the furnishings, utensils and equipment therein by the wilful act or default of the customer, delegate or guest of the customer, and shall reimburse Masson Mills on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
